A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this well-established supplier of warden call, access control and nurse call systems to housing associations, social landlords and businesses in the South East of England. They are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team.
SALARY: Circa £25,000 as a basic salary plus a generous commission package that will give an OTE of approximately £40k which is completely uncapped. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, 20 days holiday and pension.
LOCATION: Candidates can live anyone within/near the M25 and will cover North London, Essex, and Northern Homes Counties as a territory and visit the office one day a week.
You will be selling the supply, installation and maintenance of: warden call, nurse call, social alarms, Telecare & Telehealth equipment, door entry, fob access control and automatic door operator systems. Route to market is directly through housing, health and social care departments of local authorities, housing associations, design and build companies, electrical contractors and architects.
The role will be a mixture of account management and new business you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and meeting with potential customers, using own initiative and guidance from the National Sales Manager. You will be effectively demonstrating products, promoting benefits as well as showing functionality and present proposals to customers and follow up with customers until proposals are accepted or declined.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years field sales experience. You will have good new business and account management skills, the ability to manage a territory, book your own appointments and sell face to face.
