A fantastic Branch Manager position has arisen within a leading Builders Merchants. The company sell a range of building materials and products such as Bricks, aggregates, adhesives and Timber into a variety of Trade and Retail customers.
SALARY: £30,000 - £45,000 plus bonus

LOCATION: Working from the Branch near Redhill
As a Branch Manager, your role will be extremely diverse. You will be in complete control of the Branch, responsible for the profit and loss, the management, training and recruitment of staff as well as ensuring all compliance and health and safety legislations are adhered to at all times.
You will be expected to ensure that staff are developed and are able to offer excellent levels of customer service and knowledge, stock levels are maintained and that sales report systems are kept up to date.
To be successful for this role, you will have at least 5 years’ experience within the building products industry ideally within a Management or Supervisor position. You will be a confident decision maker with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
