An exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this leading supplier of contract furniture. They manufacture furniture for the NHS and nursing home, leisure and hospitality sectors and need a Business Development Manager to drive business forward in the South East of England!
LOCATION: Candidates can live anywhere in the South East and will cover the South East as a territory.
SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of at least £50,000 (which is completely uncapped). You will also receive a car allowance, 20 days holiday and company pension.
You will be selling wide range of contract furniture such as lounge chairs, dining tables and bedroom furniture etc. (the range is massive) into NHS and nursing homes, mental health, hospitality and leisure markets.
The role itself will be a mixture of account management and new business, taking over a portfolio of existing accounts to manage whilst sourcing for new business. You will be responsible for booking your own appointments and managing the territory.
Successful candidates MUST have at least 2 years field sales experience coupled with experience of selling contract furniture so as to hit the ground running and make an impact pretty quickly. You will have experience of presenting at boardroom level and tendering for major projects. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP!
