A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this well-established provider of janitorial supplies, cleaning equipment, chemicals and catering consumables. Seeking an experienced field sales representative to join their team, offering a role with real earning potential and progression.
SALARY: £25,000 to £30,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £40,000 to £50,000 which is completely uncapped and designed to reward new business and growth of accounts. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and 20 days holiday.
LOCATION: This is field based role covering Essex, London and Surrey as a territory, working from home or the office one day a week.
You will be selling a wide range of janitorial supplies, cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment, work wear, PPE and catering disposables to the automotive sector (motor factors and garages), the catering sector (takeaways and restaurants), the education market (schools and colleges), facilities management companies, leisure facilities and the hospitality sector.
The role is that of 50% new business and 50% account management, you will inherit a portfolio of accounts to manage but you also be required to research and source leads in order to win new accounts. You will generate your own appointments whilst also responding to enquiries that come via the office. You will be expected to generate between £500k to £1 million per annum (once established).
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS FIELD SALES EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will have 2 years field sales experience having previously worked as a Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or Field Sales Representative previously. You will also have a proven track record within sales having sold janitorial supplies, cleaning supplies or catering disposables.
