Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a structured and professional field sales representative/ field sales executive / business development manager to join an innovative company whose products are designed with quality and durability in mind. Products are fully researched, often patented and manufactured under licence and assembled at their factory in the UK.

We require a professional, smart and determined candidate with exceptional experience of selling products by demonstration, with both account management skills and new business skills.  

SALARY:        £39,480 basic, OTE £47,880, car, laptop, lunch allowance, out of pocket expenses, pension, private healthcare after 12 months, pension after 6 months, 33 days holiday including statutory holidays.  

LOCATION:    This is a field based role, you will be living in the Berkshire, Sussex, Surrey area.  You will cover an area that runs from Kent to Cornwall. 

The product range includes Modular building systems to accommodate personnel, plant and equipment and cabinets to accommodate instruments and equipment. This role will be to sell to a wide range of markets across a broad geographical area so experience of working a large territory will also be beneficial.  Customers will be in the public and private sector. 

The organisations sales people come from a diverse range of backgrounds but stability and consistency is key along with sales training, structure and ideally you will have sold a product which requires demonstration. 

After in depth product training, your sales role will be a mixture of both account management and new business development. Excellent rapport building skills are required, confidence and a down to earth approach. 

You must have at least 2 years successful business to business sales experience, the product or service you have sold is not important. Your personal qualities will be the most valuable assets you can bring to this role and you therefore have to be able to demonstrate the motivation, determination and self discipline necessary to succeed in this challenging new environment.
