A fantastic Field Sales Executive position has arisen within a leading independent washroom solutions company.
My client specialises in a range of washroom services including hand dryers, feminine hygiene, medical and clinical waste and hand sanitisers.
SALARY: £20,000 - £28,000 basic plus £15,000 - £20,000 OTE
BENEFITS: Car, fuel card, laptop, mobile, pension
LOCATION: This will be a field based role, covering North London
This will be a predominantly new business role, self-generating your own leads via cold-calling and canvassing. Once these accounts have been won, you will then account manage and look at ways to increase expenditure in these accounts.
In complete control of your own diary, you will be expected to spend approximately 4 days a week out on the road and one day a week working from home completing administrative tasks.
A highly consultative sales approach is required, conducting an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the demands of the client, identifying current weaknesses, showcasing appropriate solutions and closing the sale.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ proven field sales experience and have a real new business hunter attitude. You must be highly money motivated and driven to succeed. Experience within washroom solutions would be highly advantageous but not essential.
