Job Description

A genuinely exciting Area Sales Manager role has arisen with this leading provider of modular buildings. They are looking for an experience Field Sales Representative to join their team. If this sounds like this could be of interest, please apply ASAP.   

LOCATION: Candidates will live in the Royton/Stretford/Manchester area (so as to have easy access to the branch) and will cover Preston/Wigan/Chorley as a territory.  

SALARY: Circa £30,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of at least £40,000 (which is completely uncapped). You will also receive a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and at least 20 days holiday. 

You will be hiring a wide range of bespoke modular buildings (on short-term and long-term contracts) to architects, local authorities, manufacturers, schools, colleges and the NHS (to name but a few). The role will be a mixture of account management and new business, hunting for projects to quote for. You will manage your own diary, book your own appointments and complete of your own admin so you must be very organised with a good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft packages. You will conduct site surveys (with the assistance of a Project Manager), conduct PowerPoint presentations (as and when required) and build and manage your own pipeline of business. Target would be £1.1 million per annum.  

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience, and be very consultative in terms of their sales approach. You will be polished, professional and be very well organised. You will be able to conduct PowerPoint presentations, book your own appointments and manage your own diary. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
