Job Description

A fantastic Internal Sales Administrator opportunity has arisen within a UK leading manufacturer of Automatic doors.

The company specialise in a range of automatic doors including automatic folding doors, swing doors and revolving doors into a variety of industries including Construction and Retail. 

SALARY:          £24,000 - £26,000 basic plus bonus £1,500 

BENEFITS:     Holiday, pension 

LOCATION:    Working from the office near Glasgow 

This is an incredible opportunity to join an in industry leading manufacturer of automatic doors. The company manufacture and install a range of automatic doors including folding doors, revolving doors and swing doors into major Construction and Retail clients. 

This is a diverse and multi-functional role. You will be responsible for a number of tasks including identifying new potential customers via researching and canvassing, following up on incoming enquiries, preparing quotations and updating the CRM systems.

Other duties will also include assisting with the preparations of presentations, developing new marketing material, keeping up-to-date with industry media and legislation and completing competitor analysis’. 

To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ administration experience with either an exposure to internal sales or a desire to work within sales. You must be highly IT literate, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have high levels of accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
