A fantastic Sales and Relationship Manager position has arisen within a dynamic and exciting employee benefits company.
SALARY: £25,000-£50,000 basic depending on experience plus bonus

LOCATION: This is a field based role covering the London area
A diverse and rewarding position, this is a predominantly new business focused role. You will be expected to self-generate your own leads via cold calling and canvassing. The target market will be SME sized corporate companies across a variety of sectors.
You will be in complete control of your own diary, spending 4 days a week out on the field and 1 day a week in the office for sales meetings.
A highly consultative sales approach is required, firstly speaking to companies to highlight the benefits of the employee scheme, how this can improve the company’s attraction to new employee’s and have a positive effect on team morale and then agreeing a contract.
From here, you will then liaise with the company employees to explain the scheme and how it can benefit them and then activate their accounts.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ proven field sales experience within the employee benefits sector, have excellent rapport and relationship building skills, be a new business hunter with a drive and determination to succeed.
