To be suitable for this role you must have some background in booking field teams to client’s premises, be computer literate, excellent communication skills, focused with good attention to detail.

Due to promotion, they are now looking for a new internal based service department co-ordinator working from the office near to Cambridge.
Your role is to look after the field based service engineers, including booking their appointments with clients for periodic planned maintenance, changing things around when they overrun or are unexpectedly off, taking calls from clients with breakdowns, sorting out spares deliveries, keeping up-to-date with the paperwork and CRM system, sending out quotes, chasing up orders, confirmations and general liaison with the clients to make everything smoothly.
Your role is essential to the company. You are the one that oils the service department and makes it run like clockwork, you will need to be reactive to problems, phone calls and high priority jobs and proactive to stop issues, problems or paperwork building up.
