Job Description

An opportunity to work for a major manufacturer of industrial oils and lubricants who are well established and performing well in their market place. 


£40,000 basic plus £60,000 OTE open ended, plus company car and bonus.             


East Midlands, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough, Lincoln, Milton Keynes 

The company are an internationally recognized manufacturer of oils and lubricants.  They supply to a variety of marketplaces including industrial, OEM’s, Aerospace, Paper, Rail and Energy.

They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their successful team. The role has become available due to internal promotion and there is a great portfolio of customers for you to inherit. 

Your role will involve tendering for existing and new business with industrial and OEM customers.   

To be considered for this role you must have experience at winning both high level accounts and developing existing accounts. You should either be from the industrial lubricants industry or have sold to OEM’s.  Other suitable backgrounds could be selling engineering tooling into OEM’s.
