LOCATION: You will work from the office in the Sittingbourne area 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
SALARY: £18,000 to £21,000 as a basic salary, with 20 days holiday and company pension.
This company sells a wide range of floor gratings, treads, architectural gratings and stair treads to fabrication companies, welding engineers, contractors, and architects and can work on some major projects.
Your role will be to manage projects, process orders, dealing with suppliers and customer queries, arranging deliveries and loading information onto the CRM database. You will deal with order from receipt of the purchase order all the way through to delivery. You will be supporting the Sales Rep’s, chasing quotations and inputting data. You must have a real eye for detail when loading data, so a good working knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
You will be entering data onto their Excel spreadsheet, liaising with clients via Outlook. You will be the first ‘port of call’ for incoming enquiries so you must have a good telephone manner.
Successful candidates will have strong administration skills, an excellent telephone manner and ideally a technical bias. You will have experience of using CRM database systems, experience of using Excel (to an intermediate standard), Word and Outlook. You will be well organised and able to prioritise your workload.
