Job Description

Do you have internal/face to face sales experience and want to get into Field Sales? Then this role is ideal for you! A genuinely exciting Field Sales opportunity has arisen within this well-established company that specialises in the provision of cleaning equipment. This role is fully supported, 50% new business and 50% account management. Please contact me immediately to discuss!  

SALARY: £23,000 as a basic salary with a realistic OTE of £40,000 with a fully expensed Ford Ranger. You will be required to pull a trailer so if you have a licence that would be useful, otherwise the company will pay for you to obtain your trailer licence. You will also receive a fuel card, 20 days holiday, out of pockets expenses and company pension.  

LOCATION: You will work from the office in West Sussex and spend several days at a time visiting customer. The customer base includes the Western part of England, encompassing London and will cover as far up as Liverpool so you will stay away from home from to time, again all out of pocket expenses are covered.  

You will be selling a wide range of cleaning equipment including sweepers and graffiti removal equipment to local authorities and shopping centres. Average order values are in the region of £10k with longer lead times due the size of the order.  

You will be managing a portfolio of existing accounts, farming and servicing these accounts and launching new products into them. You will be demonstrating products, selling features and benefits whilst using a consultative sales approach.  

The commission will be paid monthly, and you will receive 2% on everything sold, last years the area turned over £1 million so there is a huge earning potential with this role.  

Successful candidates MUST have a proven track record within B2B field sales/face to face sales. You will have experience of selling/demonstrating products, selling features and benefits and using a consultative sales approach. If you have sold into local authorities that would be desirable but not essential. If this role sounds of interest please apply ASAP!
