A genuinely exciting Area Sales Manager position has arisen with this leading manufacturer of power tools. You will be joining the cleaning equipment division of the company, selling to end users and back-selling via their distributor network. LOCATION: You will be covering the north of England up to Scotland as a territory and will ideally live around the Manchester.
SALARY: £25,000 as a basic salary with another £15,000 in commission (which is paid every 6 months). You will receive a fully expensed company car, lunch allowance, fuel card, out of pocket expenses, 20 days holiday, pension, and healthcare.
You will be selling a wide range of industrial cleaning equipment to end users such as schools, universities, gym chains, hospitals, hotel chains, care homes, supermarkets, and contract cleaners. You will then back sell via the distributor network.
You will be tasked with opening new distributors accounts and generating sales with end users. You will be demonstrating products and selling the features and benefits. You will manage your own diary and book your own appointments.
Successful candidates will have field sales/face to face selling experience and will have sold a demonstrable product. All product training will be given; however, you must be technically minded and able to sell a tangible product. If this sounds of interest please apply ASAP
