Job Description

An exciting Area Sales Manager opportunity has arisen to work for one the UK’s leading manufacturers of power tools. This company is one of the world's largest power tool manufacturers with seven manufacturing facilities globally and a selection of over 350 superior, innovative tools and well over 4,500 accessories. LOCATION: You will be working from home and will cover South Warwickshire, Oxford, Berkshire and High Wycombe as a territory.  

SALARY: £26,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £33k (which is completely uncapped) and paid monthly and quarterly. 28 Days holiday per year including Christmas and Bank Holidays, rising to 38 days depending on length of service.

Private Healthcare provided, fully expensed company car, pension scheme, phone, laptop. Lunch allowance (£120 per month paid directly into salary), company credit card provided plus £150 float for all out of pocket expenses. 

You will be selling the company’s full range of power tools and accessories, selling mainly into independent distributors, national and independent builder’s merchants, electrical wholesalers, and independent tool hire companies with occasional end user contact.  

The role is mostly account management of existing accounts (90%) building strong on-going client relationships. You will visit these accounts on a regular basis, putting all accounts on a regular call cycle in order to promote the brand and develop sales. 

Candidates will have minimum of 2 years face to face selling experience (ideally field sales but not essential). You will be confident, presentable, good face to face and able to build relationships. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP!
