A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial lubricants. This company are looking for a sales person with a desire to learn as full product training will be provided. Candidates will be technically minded, problem solvers that are able to offer and sell complete solutions. If this sounds like you then please apply ASAP.
LOCATION: Candidates will live in the Southern Home Counties and will cover the South East as territory. You will work from home when not out on the road and visit the office as and when required.
SALARY: £25,000 as a basic with a realistic OTE of £45,000 with a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, company pension and 20 days holiday.
You will be selling a wide range of industrial lubricants into manufacturers and industrial end users. You will inherit a portfolio of accounts to manage whilst hunting and generating new business. Your target will be to generate £8k a month in revenue initially, increasing to £20k a month once fully established.
You will be given at least 2 weeks of full product training and ongoing support, so candidates do not need to come from the lubricants industry, but you will need to be a quick learner and technically minded.
Successful candidates will need to have at least 2 years field sales experience, be able to manage a territory, book their own appointments and be able to sell a solution that is not driven by price. If this sounds like this could be of interest, please apply ASAP.
