They are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Site Supervisor who is looking for the next step in their contract cleaning career. LOCATION: Candidates will live in the South East London area. Visit the office when required and be out in the field supporting the Contracts Manager across London.
SALARY: £28,000 - £33,000 basic salary, 40 hours a week (flexibility in line with the business)

You will be supporting the Contracts Managers looking after a portfolio of accounts across central London.
You will be supporting the delivery of cleaning and support services across a varied portfolio of London contracts. This is a busy, field-based role with lots of responsibility. Typical daily tasks will include, supporting with the management of contracts within the portfolio, support contract reviews to ensure that the service they are offering exceeds client expectations and that budgets and costings are correct including recommendations. To deliver and promote excellent customer service and encourage continuous improvement and training/development for the cleaning teams.
Monitor/assess site stock levels to ensure adequate stores for each month and to avoid overstocking. Ensure all products have the appropriate COSHH documentation and that all products have been issued and PAT test compliance checks. Also, communicate proposals of amended services to clients and assist in putting those proposals together.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager for a contract cleaning company (looking for their next step). You will have proven knowledge of cleaning and contract management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will have a positive proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. You will know how to manage your time well, and you will not mind visiting your sites early in the morning or in the evening to meet up with your teams.
