Bid & Tender Coordinator, Administrator, (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Bid & Tender Co-ordinator within this well-established, family run company that specialises in contract cleaning. The contract will run for 10 months as it will be covering maternity leave, needing someone to start relatively quickly in order to work along side them before they leave. LOCATION: You will be working from an office in Lewisham, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. 

SALARY: £20,000 to £25,000 as a basic salary, with 25 days holiday (pro rata)  

You will be responsible for preparing proposal and tender submissions, preparing costings and budget information, coordinating contract reviews, managing the production of marketing materials, organising marketing and client events and updating of website and social media content. 

You will be working with the Operations Team and Business Development Executives to develop and present proposals to prospective clients. Preparation of costings and budget figures to be presented for quotes, tenders and proposals. Work with the Operations Team to carry out contract reviews – preparing figures and proposals. Assist with the presentation of budget proposals to existing clients. Writing, editing and collating content for tender and PQQ submissions. 

Successful candidates will have strong administration experience, an eye for detail, experience of using CRM systems, good knowledge of Microsoft packages and A high standard of maths and verbal and written English (GCSE A to C grade).
