Job Description

A fantastic Field Sales Executive opportunity has arisen within an industry leading supplier of plant hire and access control solutions. 

The company, who specialise in selling a range of plant hire and access control solutions such as Dumpers, Telehandlers and Lifting Equipment into a variety of Construction Companies and Contractors are looking for a successful and experienced Field Sales Executive to join their team. 

SALARY:          £30,000 - £35,000 basic plus £5,000 - £10,000 OTE

LOCATION:    There are two vacancies available, one for Reading and the surrounding area and one for Heathrow and the surrounding area. 

This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will be given a range of existing accounts to look after and nurture as well as be expected to self-generate your own leads. 

You will be in complete control of your own diary, targeted with seeing 8 appointments a day. A highly consultative sales approach is required, conducting an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the demands of the client, review their current projects and spending, negotiate pricing, draw up proposals and quotations and close the sale. 

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 3 years’ field sales experience within the plant and access hire industry. You will be adept at both new business and account management with the ability to work autonomously. 

As this is a Field Sales Executive position, you must have a full UK driving licence.
