Job Description

Opportunity to join a well established and expanding private company supplying high specification office cleaning services to businesses within the M25 area. 

SALARY:          £35,000 to £45,000 basic OTE £60,000  

LOCATION:     London 

This is a new business role selling a quality service to top end offices that really need to be cleaned to reflect the image of the work that goes on within them.  Your target market will be lawyers, accountants, ad agencies etc. and dealing with buyers and facilities managers. 

You will have excellent backup from the operational team and be able to sell a quality service.  This is an expansion role and your new business success will be highly rewarded. 

We are looking for a self starter, a dynamic new business generator who has sold a high level service.  You will be smart, articulate and polished individual whose image will reflect the service you are selling. 

To be considered for this role you must be from a facilities services background, contract cleaning, pest control services, security and hygiene would all be good matches.
