Job Description

The company are a leading distributor of fixings systems, fasteners, tools and associated products for the construction and civil engineering industries. Offering full technical support, training and site testing. 

SALARY:         £25,000 - £30,000 

BENEFITS:     pension, holiday, perkbox 

LOCATION:    This is an office-based role in Ashford, Kent. You must be able to commute to Ashford on a daily basis. 

As a Business Intelligence Analyst Developer, you will be reporting to the IT Manager and responsible for supporting the design, development and management of the business intelligence systems. The ideal person will have the ability to analyse and transform large amounts of data into information that the business can utilise for daily operations as well as reporting and strategic analysis. 

Your responsibilities as a Business Intelligence Analyst Developer will include working closely with internal teams to design, develop and deliver various projects, reports and dashboards for CRM, business intelligence and intranet. Analysing data to help make strategic recommendations for the marketing team and maintaining distribution lists and distribute reports on time. Being a Business Intelligence Analyst Developer, you will also be developing regular campaigns and KPI reporting and working with directors to assist with KPI analysis and producing reports. 

You must have advanced knowledge on working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Experience in working with ERP Systems, proven experience of developing and implementing enterprise-scale BI tools and dashboards plus knowledge of dimensional data modelling concepts and data visualisation. 

This is an ideal role for someone who is pro-active, resilient, adaptable, have good attention to detail and able to use your initiative, good analytical and problem-solving skills and up to date with the latest technology.
