SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 basic, overtime, additional travel allowance
LOCATION: Accessible to an Orpington office on a daily basis, with travel throughout the UK and Worldwide
A fantastic Construction Manager role has arisen within an industry leading petrochemical parts manufacturer.
The company who manufacture large and essential parts for the petrochemical, oil refining and general chemical industries are looking for a professional and experienced Construction Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team.
In this role you will be working closely with the Project Managers and field staff to ensure the smooth and timely execution of a range of projects throughout the UK and worldwide. You will be responsible for a large variety of duties including creating work schedules for construction teams, hiring and deploying temporary and permanent personnel to meet ever changing workload requirements, overseeing Sub-Contractor and vendor work, conducting job walks, assisting with training and developing product installation procedures.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ experience of Construction Management, have a degree or equivalent within Mechanical Engineering or Construction and have industry recognised health & safety qualifications.
You must be commutable to the office daily near Orpington and be willing and able to travel throughout the UK and worldwide with prolonged periods away from home.
