Due to growth, a new vacancy for a Customer Support Team Engineer has arisen for a worldwide company who provide controls, monitoring systems, humidifiers, chillers and compressors in to retail, commercial, industrial and residential companies.
The works will mainly be office based in Chessington with occasional field work.
Main responsibilities are supporting customers throughout the UK in the delivery of field services for company products via phone and email using a methodical approach. Escalating any queries or issues to the correct channels and follow up regularly. You will work closely with the service engineers and software team to also provide training on product platforms to customers and colleagues.
To be suitable for this role you must have knowledge and understanding of the refrigeration cycle and electrical diagrams. An electrical qualification and F-Gas certificate is preferred but not essential. This role is suited for an individual who is a great communicator, analytical and has a methodical approach. Being able to work both individually and part of a team.
