POSITION: Document Controller
SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 - BENEFITS: Pension, Holiday
LOCATION: Orpington, Sidcup
A new vacancy has arisen with a long term client of ours. The company are in the industrial/construction sector and they deal with projects in the UK other locations globally.
They are looking to recruit a Document Controller who is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of project documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, receiving and distributing documents, while ensuring all team members have access to well organised documentation throughout all phases of the project. You will prepare, manage and file documents, distribute documents internally and externally, retrieve files as requested by colleagues and clients, create templates and documentation control procedures. You must have a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of records and ensuring that this side of the business runs smoothly.
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Document Controller. You must be proficient in all Microsoft main packages and be highly literate. Ideally you will be educated to a minimum of A Level standard.
