SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission

LOCATION: This is a field based role covering the Midlands
This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will be expected to self-generate your own leads via cold-calling, canvassing and referrals as well as nurturing and growing an established base of existing accounts.
In complete control of your own diary, a highly consultative sales approach is required. You will be responsible for conducting an in-depth needs analysis and site survey to fully identify the needs of the customer. You will be working from and interpreting technical drawings and presenting quotations and tenders for submission, negotiating and closing the sale.
Other tasks will include keeping the CRM system up to date, liaising with internal departments to assist with technical queries and to ensure installations are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
This is an ideal role for an external Business Development Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or Field Sales Executive with experience within access control, door entry systems, CCTV, fire alarms, Warden or Nurse call systems or emergency lighting who is looking to utilise their current skills and expertise.
