A fantastic field sales opportunity has arisen to work for this leading supplier of software and compliance solutions. LOCATION: There are 2 vacancies available, one for East London and one for West London. Candidates must live on patch. You will attend 16 appointments a week and have the ability to work from home.
SALARY: Basic salary is £30k. OTE in the first years will be £45k/£50k and in year two it will jump to £55k/£60k. You will receive a car allowance initially then fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and 20 days holiday.
You will be selling a wide range of software and compliance solutions to the public sector (education and local authority). Solutions include visitor management, health and safety compliance and H.R and payroll solution.
The role is a mixture of account management and new business. The emphasis is that of new business, constantly looking for new opportunities within existing accounts as well opening new ones. 8 to 10 appointments will be made for you a week (with new and existing clients) and you will be targeted to book 6 to 10 appointments a week (with new and existing clients). You will be researching and sourcing new clients, conducting fact finds, needs analysis, identifying opportunities and pitching with a solution in order to close for the business.
Successful candidates will have a MINIMUM of 2 years field sales experience. You will be great at managing accounts but will be commercially minded and new business focused! You will have great presentation skills and stable sales background. You will be money motivated with a desire to earn.
