An incredible Field Sales Executive opportunity has arisen within a well-established distributor of cleaning machines. They are looking for an up-and-coming sales star who is looking for the next step in their career to join their expanding team who can become an integral part of the sales force and build a genuine career.
The company specialise in selling a range of cleaning machines including floor cleaners, pressure washers, steam cleaners and high-reach cleaners into Contract Cleaners, Facility Management Companies, Schools, Healthcare and Commercial businesses.
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 basic plus uncapped OTE £10,000

LOCATION: This is a field-based role covering the North London and Anglia area
This is predominately a new business role, retaining any accounts that you bring on board. You will be self-generating your leads via cold-calling, canvassing and referrals and there will be a small amount of internal enquiries that are passed on.
You will be in complete control of your own diary, seeing approximately 3-4 appointments a day. A highly consultative sales approach is required. You will be expected to conduct an in-depth needs analysis and a site survey, present and demonstrate a range of suitable cleaning machine solutions, draw up and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and close the sale as well as look to upsell service contracts. Sales can be done on both outright purchases as well as long team lease and hire agreements.
This is an ideal role for a sales professional who is looking for their next step on the career ladder. Ideally a background of selling to Cleaning Contractors or Facilities Management Companies would be highly advantageous, but not essential. Personality, proven sales figures and a “hunter” attitude are key.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
