Job Description

A fantastic Field Sales Executive position has arisen within a leading compliance solutions company. 

The company specialise in selling a range of compliance solutions and including Visitor Management and Contractor Management software, compliance checklists and ID Cards into the Commercial sector. 

SALARY: £30,000 basic plus £50K - £60K OTE uncapped 

BENEFITS Company car or allowance, laptop, mobile phone, healthcare, pension, holiday. 

LOCATION: This is a home based role covering the Midlands area. The territory will stretch from Nottingham up to Newcastle 

This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will work closely with an internal sales team who will book approximately 8-10 face to face appointments a week whilst you will be expected to self-generate between 6-8 additional appointments. 

This is a highly consultative sales approach. You will be expected to conduct an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand current issues within compliance, looking to identify weaknesses or gaps within legislation. From here, you will inform, advise and recommend suitable solutions for these issues, draw up quotations, negotiate and close the sale. 

With existing clients, you will be expected to keep regular contact and look for ways to upsell additional solutions as your relationship develops. 

To be successful for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years’ proven field sales experience. You must be a well-organised, structured sales professional who is energetic and charismatic. Experience in selling a service would be highly advantageous, but not essential. 

You must have a full UK driving licence, be capable of working autonomously and be able to spend approximately 2-3 nights a month away from home.
