Job Description

A fantastic Field Sales Executive opportunity has arisen within a UK leading dust and fume extraction company. The company are looking for a talented and driven sales professional to join their growing team. 

They specialise in offering a range of dust and fume extraction solutions for a variety of industries including Automotive, Oil and Gas and Pharmaceutical.

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 basic plus quarterly bonus

LOCATION: This is a home based role covering the South of the UK 

This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will be in complete control of your own diary, self-generating leads via cold-calling, canvassing and referrals as well as looking to nurture and grow existing accounts within your territory. 

A highly technical and consultative sales approach is required. You will be expected to conduct an in-depth needs analysis and site survey to fully understand the requirements of the customer and their extraction needs in terms. 

Once this has been established, you will be expected to draw up quotations, agree on pricing and installation and close the sale as well as look to upsell maintenance contracts. 

To be successful for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ proven field sales experience within dust and fume extraction, with a strong technical knowledge in LEV systems.

You must be highly articulate, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously. You will need a full UK driving licence and be situated within the South of England.
