Job Description

A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen to work for this leading manufacturer of power tools. They are looking for a good internal sales executive who wants to get into field sales to join their team. You will be selling outdoor power equipment and garden machinery to distributors, dealers and landscaping companies. If this role sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.  

LOCATION: You will be covering Essex, London and Suffolk (and some of Kent) as a territory and will have the ability to work from home when not out on appointments. 

SALARY: £25,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £30k (which is completely uncapped) and paid monthly and quarterly. 28 days holiday per year including Christmas and Bank Holidays, rising to 38 days depending on length of service.

Private Healthcare provided, fully expensed company car, Pension Scheme, phone, laptop. Lunch allowance (£120 per month paid directly into salary), company credit card provided plus £150 float for all out of pocket expenses. 

You will be selling a wide range of outdoor power equipment including a range of cordless battery garden & forestry products, 4-stroke and 2-stroke petrol engine products plus electric garden i.e. chainsaws, blowers, brush cutters, lawn mowers, pumps, hedge trimmers.  

You will be managing a network of garden machinery merchants, builder’s merchants and garden machinery dealers. You will be tasked with promoting and demonstrating the machinery to landscapers, tree surgeons and companies within the agricultural industry. Any order would then be directed back via the distributor network. You must be able to manage a large territory, plan your own diary and make your own appointments.  

Successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience. You may come from car sales, recruitment or a retail sales environment. You will be able to sell the features and benefits of products. You will be used to working to sales targets and KPI’s, be hard working and money motivated.  If this role sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.
