An incredible Field Sales Executive position has arisen within an expanding international supplier of industrial adhesives and lubricants.
The company who specialise in a range of industrial adhesives and lubricants for a number of sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Marine and Rail are looking for an experienced and successful Field Sales Executive to join their team.
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 basic
BENEFITS: Company car/allowance, laptop, pension, holiday
LOCATION: This is a field-based where you will be covering the South of the UK
This is predominantly a new business role, with a small amount of accounts inherited. So therefore, you need to have a “hunter” mentality.
Working from home, you will be in complete control of your own diary, splitting your time between visiting arranged appointments and generating new opportunities via canvassing, cold-calling, referrals and trade events.
A highly consultative sales approach is required, conducting an in-depth needs analysis, offering technical support and advice, discussing relevant solutions, drawing up quotations, negotiating and closing the sale.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ proven field sales experience ideally within industrial adhesives and lubricants. You must be new business focussed, with the drive and ability to work autonomously.
As this is a Field Sales Executive role covering the South of the UK, you must be located within the territory and have a full UK driving licence.
