Job Description

An incredible field sales executive opportunity has arisen within an industry leading oil and lubricant company.

The company specialise in supplying a range of oils, lubricants and fuels into a variety of marketplaces including agriculture, commercial and domestic. 

SALARY:          £30,000 - £35,000 basic plus £10,000 uncapped commission

LOCATION:    This is a field-based role covering South-West 

This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will be expected to generate new accounts as well as nurture and grow an existing customer base within the South-West.

You will be working from home, in complete control of your own diary, self-generating leads via cold-calling, canvassing, referrals and attending networking events whilst ensuring that relationships with existing clients are maintained and spending is increased.

A highly consultative sales approach is required, conducting an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the customers’ needs, identify any issues they are currently experiencing and offering a relevant and efficient solution. 

To be successful, you will a minimum of 3 years’ proven field sales experience ideally within oils and lubricants or have experience selling into the truck and van, transport or commercial fleet industry. You must be a competent new business hunter as well have the ability to nurture existing accounts, have a full UK driving licence and be self-motivated and dynamic. 

This role would be ideal for candidates that have worked in job titles such as: Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales, Account Manager.
