A fantastic Field Sales Executive position has arisen within a well-established print and workwear solutions company.
The company, who specialise in selling a range of lithographic and large format digital print and workwear solutions such as Brochures, Catalogues, Business cards, Hi-Vis Jackets and Polo shirts are looking for a new business driven sales professional to join their rapidly expanding team and to become a vital and integral part of the sales force.
SALARY: £22,000 - £30,000 basic plus £40K - £50K OTE uncapped

LOCATION: This is a home-based role covering Manchester and the surrounding area
This is predominantly a new business role, retaining all of the accounts that are won. You will be in complete control of your own diary, seeing approximately 12-15 face to face appointments a week. You will be expected to self-generate your own leads via cold-calling, canvassing and referrals as well as have a small amount of incoming leads passed over.
A highly consultative sales approach is required, building a strong rapport with clients and conducting an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the printing requirements of the customer. From here, will then present and offer a range of relevant solutions, discuss and agree pricing and close the sale.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ proven field sales experience ideally within print or workwear or be a hungry and driven field sales professional who is looking to join a company that can offer a genuine career path.
You must be a new business hunter, be able to work autonomously and be used to achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
This is an ideal role for candidates who are currently either a Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager or Business Development Manager and who may have sold large format print, lithographic print or workwear solutions.
