A fantastic Field Sales Executive position has arisen within a leading compliance and software solutions company.
They are looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join their rapidly expanding team and to become a vital and integral part of the sales force.
The company specialise in selling a range of compliance and software solutions including Visitor Management and Contractor Management software, HR and health and safety solutions.
SALARY: £30,000 basic plus £50K - £60K OTE uncapped

LOCATION: This is a home based role covering the North of the UK. Ideal candidates will be based around the Leeds or Manchester area.
This role is a mixture of new business and account management. You will work closely with an internal sales team who will book approximately 8-10 face to face appointments a week whilst you will be expected to self-generate between 6-8 additional appointments.
This is a highly consultative sales approach. You will be expected to conduct an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand current compliance and software issues, looking to identify weaknesses or gaps. From here, you will inform, advise and recommend suitable solutions for these issues, draw up quotations, negotiate and close the sale.
With existing clients, you will be expected to keep regular contact and look for ways to upsell additional solutions as your relationship develops.
To be successful for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years’ proven field sales experience within IT or telecommunications or a similar service based solution. You must be a well-organised, structured sales professional who is energetic and charismatic.
You must have a full UK driving licence, be capable of working autonomously and be able to spend approximately 2-3 nights a month away from home.
This would be an ideal role for a Field Sales Executive, Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with IT or telecommunication experience looking for the next step in their career.
