A fantastic Field Sales Executive position with genuine career prospects has arisen within a leading independent washroom solutions company.
They are looking for a driven and motivated sales professional to join their exciting and expanding team and become an integral part of the sales force.
My client specialises in a range of washroom services including hand dryers, feminine hygiene, medical and clinical waste and hand sanitisers.
SALARY: £26,000 - £30,000 basic plus £15,000 - £20,000 OTE uncapped
BENEFITS: Car, fuel card, laptop, mobile, pension
LOCATION: This is a field-based role covering the Essex, Hertfordshire and North London area
This will be a predominantly new business role to start, however, there will be a level of existing accounts that you inherit. You will be expected to self-generate your own leads via cold-calling and canvassing. Once you have won these accounts, you will then manage, grow and nurture these.
In complete control of your own diary, you will be expected to spend approximately 4 days a week out on the road meeting with potential and existing clients and one day a week working from home completing administrative tasks and arranging appointments for the following week.
A highly consultative sales approach is required, conducting an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the demands of the client and any current issues they may be having in terms of product quality, service or delivery. From here, you will offer a range of relevant solutions to fulfil their washroom needs, discuss contract options and close the sale.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ B2B proven field sales experience ideally selling a product on a contractual basis. You must be a new business hunter with the ability to win, retain and grow accounts, be highly money motivated and driven to succeed.
