SALARY: £36,000 - £47,000 basic, commission, profit bonuses, excellent pension, company car, full expense account, team growth prospects.

To be suitable for this role you need to have experience of water conditioning equipment, water treatment or water hygiene with a science or engineering degree, strong sales management or field sales experience with the ability to grow a team.
Preferably you will have extensive knowledge with water filtration, ultra filtration, UV sterilisation, De-min plant, water softener, reverse osmosis or similar equipment.
The company is entering an ambitious growth phase and is looking for a targeted, successful and focused sales manager to take over a medium sized field sales team, internal sales team, with a view to growing both.
Your role is expected to start as 3 days field sales taking leads, key accounts, lapsed account, 1 day working with the team, 1 day in the office working with the internal team, project leaders and engineering team, however, the focus of the role is expected to change as you grow the team and make an impact on sales.
To be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator, focused, driven with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
