A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this well-established supplier of warden call, access control and nurse call systems to housing associations, social landlords and businesses in the Southeast of England. They are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team.
SALARY: Circa £30,000 as a basic salary (depending on experience) plus a generous commission package that will give an OTE of approximately £50k which is completely uncapped and designed to reward new business. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, 20 days holiday and pension.
LOCATION: Candidates will cover East Kent, North London and Essex as a territory so must live on patch. You will be able to work from home when not out on appointments and visit the office one day a week.
You will be selling the supply, installation warden call, nurse call, social alarms, Telecare & Telehealth equipment, door entry, fob access control and automatic door operator systems. Route to market is directly through housing, health and social care departments of local authorities, housing associations, design and build companies, electrical contractors and architects.
The role will be a mixture of account management and new business. You will be responding to enquires from your existing account base and quoting for installation and maintenance projects. You will be managing your diary, book your own appointments and conduct appointments with new and existing clients on a daily basis. You will receive guidance and support from the National Sales Manager.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years field sales experience and ideally have knowledge/experience of the security industry. Knowledge of access control, door entry and nurse call systems is ideal but the most important thing is that you are proactive, can manage a territory and develop new business.
