SALARY: £22,000 - £28,000 basic plus company bonus scheme

LOCATION: Working from an office near Orpington
A fantastic French speaking Sales Administrator role has arisen within an industry leading petrochemical parts manufacturer.
The company who manufacture large and essential parts for the petrochemical, oil refining and general chemical industries are looking for a professional and fluent French speaking Sales Administrator to join their fun and dynamic team.
You will have a highly diverse role with a number of key responsibilities including speaking to existing customers and clients over the phone as well as responding to emails, creating and producing proposals and drawing up and submitting invoices. Clients can come from a variety of countries but in particular you will be dealing with France and French speaking African countries.
You will be working closely with Project Managers to review ongoing proposals and ensure that all relevant documentation is completed on a timely manner.
Other duties will include keeping all sales systems up to date and completing relevant health and safety and compliance checks.
You will be working from an office near Orpington on a daily basis, so must be a reasonable commute.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ sales administration experience ideally within a construction or industrial based marketplace, be a fluent French speaker, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly IT literate.
