They are looking for a Graduate Trainee Business Development Manager with some internal sales experience looking to develop their sales career. LOCATION: You will be based from their office near the Kent/London border working Monday to Friday 8am to 4,00pm. You will be required to visit clients (potentially across the whole UK) as and when required.
SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000 as a basic salary plus bonuses. You will receive 25 days annual leave and company pension and all expenses paid when visiting clients.
As Sales Executive/Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a wide range of frozen sea food to distributors across the UK. You will research and source leads in order to make contact by telephone (initially), open an account and nurture that account to grow the sales and maintain it. You will be required to attend client visits and will be handed a number of key accounts to manage. This really is a varied role and it’s important that you are commercially minded enough to know the importance of developing new business sales, whilst also having the ability to build relationships and grow revenue within existing accounts.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 1 years’ business to business sales experience. You will be a recent graduate or have a good level education with desire to develop your sales career.
