A fantastic Inspection and Compliance Supervisor role has arisen within a leading manufacturer and installer of External Wall Insulation and Rendering Systems. 

The company who specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of External Wall Insulation and Rendering Systems into a variety of sectors such as Housing, Education and Healthcare are looking for a confident and dynamic individual to join their team. 

SALARY:         £35,000 - £40,000

LOCATION:    This is a field-based role where you will be covering the majority of the UK, with regular visits to the office near Leicester 

Your role will be varied, where your time will be split between managing and training a small team of 2-3 Inspection & Compliance Officers as well as being responsible for visiting and inspecting Sites yourself. 

When on-site, you will be liaising with external Contractors to discuss technical queries and product specifications as well as carrying out inspections on a range of site equipment including Scaffolding and Access Platforms and conducting and drawing up compliance checks. 

The rest of your time will be divided between managing your team, reviewing their reports and assisting in developing and progressing them as well as spending time at the Head Office where you will be creating and presenting PowerPoint training presentations for both trainee staff members and for Installers and Contractors. 

To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ experience within a supervisory or management role within Construction. Someone who has come from a Site Supervisor or Compliance Manager background would be highly suitable for this role, or candidates who have owned their own Construction business, managing a small team and are looking to get back into employed work. 

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and be competent in the use of MS software packages such as PowerPoint and Excel.
