SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 basic plus bonus up to £1,500 per annum
HOURS: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday-Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday

LOCATION: This is an office based role working near East Kilbride
This role will be highly diverse with no 2 days ever being the same. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including dealing with incoming enquiries both via phone and email. You will be expected to take down technical specifications and draw up quotations based on the specific customer requirements, log and record orders and ensure that these orders are processed in a timely manner.
On top of this, you will be raising purchase orders and invoices and creating e-shots and marketing material to send to customers. You will then be responsible for follow up calls to customers to look to increase spending, working towards pre-set monthly sales targets.
Other duties will include keeping the CRM up to date, assisting with the creating of sales presentations, analysing competitors and attending sales meetings.
This is an ideal role for an Internal Sales Executive or Sales Administrator who is looking for their next career step with a well-established company that will offer excellent training and the opportunity to progress.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ experience within internal sales or sales administration, have excellent communication and organisational skills, be self-motivated, highly IT literate and be a reasonable daily commute to the office near East Kilbride.
