A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading cleaning machine wholesaler. The company specialise in selling a range of cleaning machines including pressure washers, sweepers and industrial vacuums into a range of independent and multi-sited distributors, dealers and some end-users.
SALARY: £22,000- £28,000 plus commission £10,000 OTE

LOCATION: This is an office and field-based position covering accounts throughout the UK but you must be a reasonable daily commute to the office near Basildon
This is a mixture of new business and account management. You will be taking over a portfolio of existing clients as well as generating new opportunities via cold-calling, canvassing and referrals.
You will be working from the office, going out on appointment as and when required to visit potential and existing customers throughout the UK. On occasion this may include spending nights away from home.
A highly consultative sales approach is required. You will be expected to conduct a full needs analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s requirements, present and demonstrate relevant machines, discuss pricing and close the sale.
This role would be ideal for an internal sales executive, internal account manager or a telesales executive looking for their next career move or a current field sales executive, business development manager or territory sales manager with experience selling products such as cleaning machines, PPE, power and hand tools or fixings and fasteners into distributors or dealers.
To be successful in this role, you must be a highly articulate sales professional with a proven record of accomplishment. You must have a full UK driving licence, be commutable daily to the office near Basildon with a willingness and desire to succeed.
