POSITION: Internal Sales Manager
SALARY: £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience, OTE up to £60,000
LOCATION: London (Greenwich)
An Internal Sales Manager position has arisen with a company who specialise in manufacturing and supplying a range of high-end Internal and External Lighting solutions. The process starts as initial sketching ideas and follows through to final product. Offering post sale consultations, they also offer customised orders guidance for application and assist with installation.
The ideal candidate would need to be based around South East London As an Internal Sales Manager you will lead and oversee a small team, be hands on with strategy planning, client project work, sales and analysing areas for growth and will be Interacting with customers on projects and orders as well as Project Tracking. You will be offering Business development (up selling and general sales) and will be required to Analysing data for strategy plans, offer Forecasting, Reporting, and Lead generation. As an Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for your Team Leadership and their workload management. There will be complaint handling and client research. As an internal Sales Manager you will also be required to attend conferences and trade shows. You will work collaboratively across teams and supporting business marketing as well as any other head of sales related duties.
To be suitable for this position as an Internal Sales Manager you must have previous experience in a similar role, have experience in managing teams, have exceptional time management skills. Project tracking experience essential as well as having a natural ability to problem solving and generate idea. You must have an ability to remain calm under pressure, have CRM experience and a high level of customer service and care. Experience and/or an interest in lighting would be highly desired but not essential. The Internal Sales Manager must have a positive attitude and results driven approach and have the ability to encourage and motivate others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must and the ability to encourage and motivate others as well as having the ability to work well under pressure and time restraints. The right candidate will need to have a team spirited approach to their work, a creative outlook results driven attitude and innovative thinking.
