A fantastic Office Administrator position has arisen within a well-established powder coatings company.
The company who specialise in a range of powder coating solutions such as metal finishing, shot-blasting and grit blasting into a range of Metal Fabricators, Manufacturers and Sheet Metal Companies are looking for an organised and dynamic Office Administrator to join their team.
SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 basic

LOCATION: This is an office-based role working from the office near Gravesend
This is a dynamic and varied position where you will have a range of responsibilities and duties.
A large part of your day will consist of dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email, interacting with existing customers as well as speaking to potentially new customers. You will be responsible for keeping clients up to date with ongoing projects and to assist with ensuring that they are completed on time.
Another key part of your role will be to complete all accounting requirements. This will consist of collating and submitting invoices, chasing payments as well as keeping up to date with payroll runs and Contractor agreements.
On top of this, you will also be responsible for ensuring all health and safety regulations and legislations are kept up to date and that all filing is kept organised.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ experience within administration. You need to be well—organised and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
You must be highly computer literate and have experience of using accounting software, such as Sage or Quickbooks and must be a reasonable commute to the office near Gravesend.
A background within the industrial or construction industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
