Operations & Client Support Administrator, Administrator

Job Description

A genuinely exciting Operations & Client Support Administrator role has arisen with this leading supplier of contract cleaning services. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to assist in supporting their Operation Department. You will have excellent Administration and Customer services skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 package. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP. 

LOCATION: You will be working from home initially (with several days training in the office) due to current restrictions. Eventually you will be working from the office in the Lewisham area, working Monday to Friday from either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch). 

SALARY: £25,000 to £30,000 as a basic salary. 25 days holiday and company pension. 

You will be tasked with supporting the Contracts Managers within their Operations Department. Responding to enquiries, updating the database, and updating, and enhancing their Excel spreadsheets. You will also prepare and send quotations on behalf of the Contracts Managers and complete purchase orders. You will maintain accurate information, complete contract change forms, contract control forms, contract amendments, costing templates, specifications, and internal and external credits. This is a really varied role so strong administration and organisational skills are key.

 Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience. You will have knowledge, of Word, Excel (with the ability to organise, manipulate and present data), Outlook and CRM databases.  This is a great company to work for and they really look after their staff.
