Job Description

An opportunity to join a fantastic company who are a dominant force in the contract cleaning services sector in London.  They run many prestigious contracts in London and they are looking to grow as a business. 

SALARY       £50,000 - £60,000 basic plus bonus and travel. 

LOCATION:  London 

The company provide contract cleaning services (as well as other hygiene related services) into a range of sectors including commercial, hospitality local authorities and retail across London.  They are looking to employ a dynamic Operations Manager to run an existing team of area managers. 

You will be based in an office in South East London as well as being out in the field with your sales team (inside the M25). 

You will be responsible for the growth of the sales team hiring, training, motivating and setting targets and expectations. 

To be considered for the role you must have both operations management experience in the contract cleaning industry and a proven track record in leading successful teams. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and build excellent relationships with customers.
