POSITION: Sales Administration – Construction
SALARY: £30,000 basic
LOCATION: Bromley, Dartford, Orpington, Croydon, Sevenoaks
Technically minded sales administrator needed to work within a motivated team. This company manufacture large and essential parts for the petrochemical, oil refining and general chemical industries. This is a varied role where you will generate technical and commercial proposals on a daily basis for end users, contractors, agents and distributors. You will be responsible for submitting invoices, organising workloads, organising internal sales proposal systems, reviewing proposals with project managers and adjusting proposals in response to reviews. You will update system databases with customer information, obtain freight quotes and compile expense reports, timecards, supplier invoices and other documentation.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced sales administrator in the construction or industrial industries.
You must have extensive knowledge of and previous experience preparing and coordination preparation of qualification submittals and proposed development in terms of deliverables, schedules and the coordination of information resources to meet schedules. You must have great organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft software. This is a position which involves working in an upbeat positive and dynamic team and the company are looking to employ a like minded individual to fit in.
