POSITION: Sales Administrator/ Sales Support Admin
LOCATION: Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham, Rainham
SALARY: Basic salary £18,000 to £20,000, 22 Days Holiday plus Band Holidays, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Company Pension
To be suitable for this role as a Sales Administrator/Sales Support Admin you must have experience in working to tight timescales and the ability to update all internal stakeholder processes as well as being responsible for the generation of all regular client facing reports.
As Sales Administrator/Sales Support you will be responsible for all client specific compliance data uploading for report creation, you will be liaising with clients where necessary to ensure all compliance data/drawings schematics and that other information required are requested and obtained and filed appropriately.
You will be responsible for liaising with Field Engineers to ensure all field information required to maintain the client compliance data base is always accurate and correct and up to date.
As Sales Administrator/Sales Admin you will offer direct support to the Client Data Admin Lead to ensure they are kept informed of progress and any issues that arise. You will also extract data from the in – house database to answer day to day queries for all stakeholders, both internal and external. You will also be responsible for keeping documentation up to date for all the processes within data administrator functions.
To be suitable for this role you MUST be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Have excellent organisation Skills
- Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-based work environment
- Ability to multitask and work to a tight time schedule.
