An exciting Sales Director/Man Manager opportunity has arisen with this leading provider of catering disposables and janitorial supplies. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with janitorial supplies experience to lead their team of Field Sales Executives and Internal Sales Executives.
SALARY £55,000 - £60,000 Basic with an OTE of £80,000 with travel allowance and 20 days holiday etc.
PRODUCTS: Cleaning Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies
LOCATION: You will work from the office on a frequent basis as well being out in the field. You will ideally live in the South London, West Sussex, Surrey area.
The company sell into a wide range of industries including facilities, hospitality, education and catering.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives and Internal Sales Executives. You will set targets, offer training/mentoring, hold appraisals, and one-to ones, and generally ensure that all of the team meet their KPI’s and targets.
Successful candidates must have experience of running a sales team (both field sales and telesales) and ideally come from a janitorial supplies/cleaning chemicals background.
