SALARY:         £28,000 - £35,000 as a basic salary plus overtime, company bonus scheme (paid monthly), power tools, work clothes, company expenses, company vehicle with a fuel card, pension, phone, PDA, laptop, 21 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. 

LOCATION:   Wembley 

 An Installation Engineer role has arisen with this well-established and leading manufacturer in the U.K providing door entry systems, access control, CCTV and IP  intercoms for housing associations, building management companies and local authorities.  The works will generally be around the South East and London areas, there will be a  requirement to cover other parts of the UK and travel to head office once  a month for meetings and training.


Duties include installing door entry, access control and CCTV systems mainly for residential properties including new builds and local authorities. As an Installation Engineer you will be installing software and amending system settings plus installing and testing cables. You will also be installing routers, digital modulators and connecting phone lines to the equipment when required to complete the installation. 

To be suitable for this role as an Installation Engineer you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in installing security equipment including door entry and access control systems. You must have strong technical skills and knowledge in the installation and operation of door entry and access control systems. Good communication skills written and verbally, interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain productive client relationships.
